At 9ja Mom, we strive to be the Premier parenting and pregnancy resource and community for 9ja Moms around the world. One of the easiest ways to start contributing is, if you have a different take on one of our current articles to submit an article sharing your perspective. Still Interested? What kinds of articles are we looking for?

Parenting, pregnancy tips, experiences and more; any article that will be of interest to our audience as long as it is well written in English and has never been published before - you can browse the site to see what kinds of topics we've covered. We recommend including a few images related to the article topic, along with photo credits for the image source. If you are unsure of whether the topic is appropriate, send us a note and will let you know.

How do I submit the article?

Send your article outline or other questions to editor AT 9jamom.com. While it is ok to submit a completed article for review, we prefer to initially receive a brief email message introducing yourself and what topic you’d like to write on -because we are working months in advance, we would like to verify that the idea isn't one we are already working on.

We will strive to respond to every submission within 2-4 weeks. If you haven’t heard back in four weeks, feel free to send a short reminder about your submission.

Compensation

9ja Mom currently does not provide monetary compensation for article submissions. It is a great way to share your expertise or experiences and help others or promote awareness of an issue. In return, you get full credit for your article when it is published, along with a bio and link to your website.
